Returns

Our return policy for returns from Germany:

Returns are free of charge. You can return products in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. To make it easier for you, you can use the return label we included in your package.

Our return policy for returns from all EU countries:

Returns are subject to a fee. You can return products in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. You can send your package back to us using a shipping provider of your choice. To make it easier for you, you can also use the return label included in your package. For this, we charge a flat fee of 10.00 EUR, which will be deducted from your refund.

You must cover the return shipping costs yourself. You can return products in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. You can use any shipping provider to send your return to us. We do not charge any additional fees.

How can I return my order?

Please include the invoice and the return form in the package and mark on the delivery note which items you wish to return. Then send the delivery back to our address.
A return label for returns within the EU is already included in your delivery.

Have you received my return?

You will receive an email from us once we have received your return. Once received, your return will be processed and refunded within 14 days.

Please keep your receipt/shipping number until your return has been processed.

After your return has been processed, you will receive a credit note via email. You can expect your refund within 7 working days to your bank account, credit card, or PayPal account. If you used Klarna, we will either stop the invoice (if all items are returned) or adjust the amount (for partial returns).

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of items. However, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

If you used a discount code for your original purchase and would like to reorder the item in a different size, we can reapply the discount code for you. Simply contact us and provide the order number of the original item as well as the new one.

Can I return sale items, swimwear, lingerie, and jewelry?

Yes, but only if the following conditions are met:

  • Sale items – as long as all tags are still attached and the item is in its original condition.
  • Swimwear and lingerie – the hygiene sticker and all tags are still attached and the item is in its original condition.
  • Jewelry – the sealed plastic packaging has not been opened.
  • Beauty products – the original packaging is intact.

I accidentally returned an item that doesn’t belong to FRESHLIONS

Please note that we are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake. If the item is at our return warehouse, you can request it to be sent back to you. We will charge a fee of 30 EUR for creating shipping documents and sending it back to you.

Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
or the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple items in a single order and they are delivered separately;
or the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you ordered an item that is delivered in multiple shipments or pieces.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
